Who we are
This website is operated by Langfang Kusen Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. (“Kusen Insulation”, “we”), a manufacturer of rubber-plastic insulation foam, insulation tubes and XPS boards based in Langfang, Hebei, China. What we collect
1. Information you send us. When you use the inquiry form we collect the first name, last name, email address, subject and message that you enter, together with the product reference if you opened the form from a product page. We use it only to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation.
2. Basic visitor statistics. We count page views to understand which products and pages are useful. For this we record the page address, the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address — used solely to avoid counting the same visitor twice. Your IP address is not stored in readable form. We also derive an approximate country from the IP address using a public geolocation service, so we can see which markets are interested. These statistics contain no name, email address or other identifier.
Cookies
We set one cookie only: pll_language, which remembers whether you chose the English or the Russian version of the site. It expires after one year and holds no personal data.
We do not use advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies, which is why you are not shown a cookie banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site will continue to work.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your data. This website loads no third-party analytics, advertising or social plug-ins, and we do not build visitor profiles.
Who can see your data
Inquiries are stored in our own business system and are visible to our own sales staff, who need them in order to reply. If you contact us through WhatsApp, WeChat or email instead, your message is handled by that provider under its own privacy terms. We do not pass your details to anyone else unless we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact with you, and afterwards for as long as the business relationship, accounting rules and legal obligations require. Visitor statistics are kept in aggregate summary form.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to 330732023@qq.com and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown at the top.
