1500x1000mm, 30mm thick.
Closed-cell elastomeric foam (NBR/PVC) supplied in sheets and rolls, in black or white, with optional aluminium-foil lamination or self-adhesive backing. The closed-cell structure keeps water vapour out, so thermal performance is retained in humid and condensing conditions — the main reason this material is used on chilled-water and HVAC systems as well as on building envelopes.
Typical properties — density 45–90 kg/m³; thermal conductivity λ 0.032–0.036 W/(m·K) at 0 °C; service temperature −40 °C to +105 °C; fire rating B1 (GB 8624); closed-cell with low water absorption.
Common uses — HVAC ducts and equipment, chilled and hot water pipework, roof and wall insulation, anti-condensation on cold surfaces, automotive and appliance applications.
Supply — thickness 5–50 mm, roll width 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 m, custom slitting available. OEM and neutral packing supported; full-container and LCL shipments; samples on request.
