Closed-cell elastomeric (NBR/PVC) insulation tubes for HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration pipework. Tubes are supplied either as full sleeves or pre-slit for retrofit work, and can be laminated with aluminium foil or fitted with a self-adhesive closure.
Typical properties — inner diameter Φ16–159 mm; wall thickness 10 / 20 / 30 mm; service temperature −40 °C to +105 °C; fire rating B1/B2; closed-cell and condensation-resistant.
Common uses — chilled-water and refrigerant lines, hot-water and heating pipework, HVAC duct connections, solar and process piping.
Supply — 1 m or 2 m lengths, packed in cartons on pallets. Custom diameters, wall thicknesses and foil finishes available; OEM and neutral packing supported.
